Ingredients Chutney , Coconut Slices , 1 Chilli , Lime Juice , Ground Spices: Fenugreek seeds, Cumin seeds, Corrinader seeds and Rock Salt Topping , Mini Tomatoes , Sweet Mini Peppers , Fresh Sweetcorn , Small number of Ladyfingers Base , Marrow
Method Chutney • Grind the coconut slices, lime juice, chilli and spices and add into a mixing bowl. Taste and add more spices to taste. The chutney is ready Topping 1. Deseed the sweetcorn and keep aside 2. Slice the peppers, mini tomatoes and lady fingers and keep aside Base 1. Slice the marrow into 1/4 inch (1/2 cm) thick slices and place on large serving plate Combine 1. On each marrow slice, spread the coconut chutney 2. Then place, some of the sliced tomatoes, coloured peppers and raw sweetcorn, on top of each marrow slice. Add 1 slice of lady finger to each marrow slice 3. Raw Vegan Uttapa/ Pizza is ready to serve
